Mindshuttle Labs (Mindshuttle Labs Limited, "we", "us") is the controller of personal data collected through this website. What we collect
- Details you submit in our forms: name, email, organisation, role, phone (optional), and the information you give about your project or enquiry.
- Newsletter sign-ups: first name and email.
- With your consent, analytics data about how the site is used (Google Analytics 4 and, if enabled, Microsoft Clarity).
- Technical logs kept by our hosting provider for security.
Why we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and take steps at your request before entering into a contract (lawful basis: legitimate interests and pre-contract steps).
- To send Inside the Lab if you subscribe (consent — unsubscribe any time).
- To understand and improve the website (consent).
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted after 24 months. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.
Who we share it with
Our hosting provider, email provider, CRM provider and analytics provider, each under data processing terms. We do not sell personal data.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete or restrict use of your data, object to processing, or withdraw consent, by emailing hello@mindshuttle.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
